And I didn't really want it to be neutral because of the potential of messing up mafia meetings with everyone voting differently, unless it was only for their actions and not who they kill. Also, what would the win condition be for a neutral drug dealer?

It's only called Drug Baron because "Drug Dealer" and "Drug Lord" were taken, successively. I think that he should be able to give out one "drugs" per night. I guess if drugs are stolen then they can suffer "withdrawal" by having no night action for a night? And if cop investigates someone with drugs, they appear guilty?

I really like this role. Some issues with the name "baron" - but that's negotiable. How many drugs can he give out? I kind of want something to happen if they lose their drugs... withdrawal? haha... this role has a lot of potential IMO.

Interesting, I think that this would be particularly effective with a vig involved merely because of the dire consequences. I like it a lot.
