I never said anything about this role being third party AlienG. They can only make one hooker. If anything this is glorified Yakuza. Did you even read the role description?

Third Party, can recruit once every night, recruits become Whores and can hook anybody, wins if pimp + whores outnumber everyone else... (basically, glorified cult)

@Proogles That pretty much sums up what this role is supposed to be though I'm not sure on the only converting once idea yet. I haven't given much thought about restricting this power to be once per game but I may have to.
