- anyone that visits infected person and anyone that an infected person visits gets infected
- doc, nurse, surgeon can cure infection
- doc, nurse, surgeon cannot be infected through visiting infected people but can be infected if visited by an infected
- if virus dies the disease spread by that virus will be gone
- wins if all players except for virus are infected by you
