Senator
  • Sided with the mafia.
  • If there is a split vote which causes a NL then the vote the Senator has on will automatically count as 2 instead of 1 causing the Senator's vote to be lynched instead of a normal NL.
  • I hope this will inspire play such as splitting votes on a CC. Then players may deduce which side the senator on.
  • I also imagine this role being in day start, must lynch setups where the senator is similar to the yak, as being expendable. The town will start off with a mass claim and CCs will be lynched. The setup standard would be a split vote D1 and the next day they will find who is the Senator based on who was lynched the previous day and the votes.

no offense but the problem with the whole vote-counts-as-two thing is that it is easily circumvented through a self-voting procedure :\ i'd rather see a role that gets an invisible 2nd vote AFTER all votes are in. that would make more sense.

You could make him town sided. Then people wouldn't want to self vote to kill him, so it's kind of cool. I would like it town sided...

senator pop everyone selfvote

Well mainly because the specific condition is: it must be a two way vote split. The senator must never CC the role that will be claimed D1 (for example BP) to avoid being lynched.

i like this idea, and i have no idea why there isnt a role to this extent who gets 1.5 votes, but in any setup with the senator, whats stopping the town from just selfvoting to kill him?
