there is no official rule against banned users filing reports, and it's for a reason. banned users can appeal unfair violations against them and ask for reviews on previous decisions.

also, i do not lie on reports. i'm quite open about when i am bypassing and when i gamethrow. anybody who has moderated my reports knows that i don't try to weasel out of vios i know i am guilty of.

i have evidence:

1. my statement
2. meeko's statement
3. paradox's corroboration that it was in fact me playing on meeko's account yesterday
4. the ip address used at the time of these last violations. meeko exclusively uses her own ip without any vpns. i used a vpn.
5. the fact that the trolling violations were for speaking in spanish when meeko herself does not speak spanish
6. the fact that the every / meeko accounts played simultaneously in a few games and there was no evidence of multiaccounting. (aka, we were speaking at the same time)

ur word is not enough as u r a banned user that is most likely lying. do u have proof u were the one who got those vios??? if not then this case is closed

the tos prevents me from sueing lucid for banning my friend meeko. it does not prevent the moderation team from seeing extenuating circumstances and adapting their rulings accordingly.
