The difference between Guns and Hookers and TSIB is that in TSIB the standard play is to NL D1 and vest the sheriff. It’s not uncommon for mafia to fish PR by hardclaiming on D1, and if the sheriff suspects it, it’s not gamethrowing.

I don’t see why you would assume guilty until proven innocent rather than viceversa.

this was the game right after. miku nk's for memes to give town a free ml, which is just another confirmed gt.

but more importantly, it shows that miku doesnt care the slightest bit about outcome of games and therefore the bs shot on bs must be vio'd as GT. if the shot was performed by a player that i know and trust, i'd accept a NV, actually probably wouldnt even report because i would know it was a mistake

You’re a good mod. Things like this are difficult to look at from a persons prespective. It would honestly depend on the user in this situation also. Although miku tried to win the game after shooting the blacksmith. I believe in that moment he truely thought JM was mafia and tried to be the hero.

Her saying she misclicked was a bad reaction to her own shot and nothing more. "if you trusted iceyy was real cop who sr'd jm why did u let him get lynched right after too." was a question you asked last report, but if you were paying attention, she was focused on JM more than the cop CCs and wanted to see JM flip mafia to prove inside of the cops. Your decision appears to be rushed and lacking any real thought process besides, he shot clear, instant vio. Miku clearly stated that they shot un-CC'd blacksmith because they assumed it was mafia trying to fish and real blacksmith was hiding. If they are being honest about this reasoning (and considering they were trying to lynch the mafia later on), that was obviously not GT or ISP, but a bad read.
