According to the appeal rules, appeals must be made within 7 days of the report being closed. The original report was closed 2 months ago and the first appeal only came out this week. Unfortunately also after speaking to one of the admins, this appeal is not valid as it's after the 7 day appeal period as listed.
Any more appeals to this may see a report spam violation put onto your account.
dont talk to gerry. he is close friend of poser who initially helped her with her reports. they both ganged up on me before she was convicted and now that she is convicted, his word should not count at all.
gerrry i have warned you already. do not comment or associate yourself with my reports. obvioously i will have to appeal an appeal if mods like you just mis use their power and help their friends out.
do you even understand how an appeal is handled? you cant move it in progress until you have a mod backing. you need 2 people to overturn the appeal. if you are looking into it and agree with me then just comment here and say " OT to no vio" and give your reason. then when a second mod comments you can close the report.
It doesn't matter if I was there or not. I'm an impartial mod who can look into both sides, but by all means I can ignore this and throw it back into open.. there wasn't any mods on the mod team that were around then that haven't been implicated in some way.
I'm not here to get report count up, I've already met quota if you're stooping that low. I'm here to legit look into the appeal.

i have made a complaint thread against gerry for mod abuse. do not close this report without overturning the vio. if you want to increase your report count then close other reports.
