How is this gamethrowing at all!? If I shot him without giving him a chance to claim that is gamethrowing because I am consciously not giving a damn about what role he could be. This here I gave him 3 minutes to claim. I pinged him so many times. Shooting Day 1 is NOT gamethrowing or hipfiring. Shooting Day 1 is not the norm, but it is also NOT wrong. I had every reason to scumread him for not claiming. He claims that he was tabbed out after he NL'd. Hypothetically if he was seeing that we were all NLing and tabbed out, how would he not check his game after 2-3 minutes when he has not heard the day change sound yet? Moreover, how would he not hear the pinging sound when you can clearly see I have tried so many times to ping him. Again: what aspect of my play was gamethrowing here? I need you to explain that very clearly to me Brad. I am now calling out any other mod that can look at this besides of Brad who is seemingly inexperienced with the setup. You say what I did was bad play, how was it bad play? I had a read and I stuck with it. Regardless, bad play does NOT equal to gamethrowing even if you want to look at it that way. I played to my win condition when I, fmpov I caught someone who did not claim when I told him to for 3 minutes. Please OT this violation.

In no way is this a gamethrow. Shooting D1 is a viable strat, whilst maybe mathmatically sub-obtimal. Brad you seriously need to reconsider your position as a moderator if you are adamant this is a game throw.

I think "bad read" is the best title this can get to.. How is this gamethrowing? If three minutes of pinging is considered gt, then what is the "right" amount of time one should give a possible lurker/coaster to answer you? 5 minutes? 10 minutes? Is there even a rule on this? I love noxon as a player, and I understand why noxon would have been frustrated with this situation that led to the report. However, in no way was betmen given justice on this matter. Also, betmen has played this set up 3rd most in this entire EM world-- he is a player who knows how to play the set up, and he obviously knows that it works. Yes, the risk of shooting day 1 may cause us to lose a townie, but it can also benefit us by getting rid of the hooker or a lawyer-- who are very important to this game. Once again, betmen has asked noxon to claim for 3 minutes. I do not wish to be rude to you, Brad, but I strongly disagree with your reason for this violation-- and I beg you to reconsider the ban. Thank you.

This really has to be OT to a no vio. It was obvious he had no intent to GT. He pinged and waited.

Ok Brad. Another thing I saw you say in the initial report is that I shot noxon out of FRUSTRATION. That is INACCURATE. I shot him because I thought he was mafia from the lack of a claim. You also mentioned that what I did is bad play. Again, bad play is not gamethrowing. If anything, this could be perceived as a trolling violation. I did not play against my win condition at all here.

Brad, you should really ot this to no vio. Betmen has not done anything wrong. It's okay to shoot day 1. It's clear that he did not hipfire because he gave noxon enough time to claim. Usually, when asked to claim, mafia tend to quiet down so they do not give out any scumtells or so that the sheriff may think that they are pr not wanting to out. Betmen did not intend to gamethrow. You know this, and so do the public. OT this while you can and we'll speak no word of it.

betmen, this is a common trend I've noticed whilst reading over your games. You are too eager to shoot day 1 and I really do not believe that you care much for the consequences. You are too trigger happy. In this situation, you shot someone who was following your orders in saying that you would not shoot, and as such, he bided his time elsewhere as he waited for the following day. This is something that you do all too often, and the person you shot could very well have been the blacksmith or cop. There was no reason to scumread him for not replying to you. Have a great day.
