[Appeal] https://epicmafia.com/report/149179 She told me to die TWICE in game and made a threat of reporting me falsely. Me responding in kind is not harassment and definitely not severe in anyway.
"Harassment: Making repeated/severe attacks towards another user." What I said (once, not repeated) was clearly not an issue considering she said it twice to me; I'd understand being told not to play with her again but that is simply unfair.

i haven't read this report and i'm going to abstain from doing so, but telling someone to kill him/herself should be at least a hateful comments vio, if not harassment. i don't care what previous mods or admins said about it.

No. That was long overturned. https://epicmafia.com/topic/67943?page=1 Telling someone to "die" is far less offensive than to "kill yourself" especially considering in that case it was extremely personal while this was in response to a vindictive person who had threatened me falsely.

Are you being serious? He gave a vague yes confirmation without the addition that Ucklar gave which is more specific to this situation. I'd prefer if someone else added in on this as it appears you have some vendetta against me for some reason.

I assure you she meant the die comment both ways. That much should be evident. Furthermore, as Ucklar has said here, https://epicmafia.com/topic/65507?page=1, Ucklar "If someone says kill yourself in an argument or in the heat of the moment its not a violation. If its said in order to harass and make someone feel terrible then its harassment."

She wasn't telling YOU to die, she was doing what everyone does in games "Lynch him! Die scum die!" "Kill the scum!"

So I can use derogatory terms without consequence against someone as long as it's ingame is what you are saying? She told me to die, after which I apologized for while she didn't, before she threatened to falsely report for harassment (clearly there wasn't any grounds for the report until then) me which I found harassful especially considering what she said to me earlier. I fully understand that what I said to her was wrong, which is why I apologized, but there was nothing severe or repeated about it from my end.

That's not HC or harassing you. YOU told her to die but as a PERSON. She told you to die as in "die scum". Come on.
