I think your threat in game was wrong to do knowing there are whispers. I doubt the claim had any effect as he was hammering the cop's guilty either way. This threat is pretty bad knowing that there are whispers in this setup. I doubt this ruined the game in any way. That it why it'll be held.

I think the rules need a rewriting or there needs to be further elaboration. This is how I've always treated OGI but there is a clear discrepancy that needs to be addressed.

I got a vio for that with NO coercion or influence AT ALL. So either you OT mine, or change this, or OGI has no value whatsoever.

People say they're going to report each other all the time. I can't count the number of times someone has said 'report him for ISP/gt/etc' in-game with no effect on the game at all. He was merely making a statement, one that wasn't indicative of alignment nor trying to influence votes. OGI is only applicable if it's done as a means of influence in some way or another; not just a statement.
