Precedent isn't established just because of one mod verdict. Mods have differing opinions and sometimes do not fluctuate with one another. OGI requires that he was trying to influence something one way or another by means of talking about things that weren't pertaining to the game; he merely said what he was going to do afterwards.

It is OGI only when someone is threatening to report to make someone change votes. I only pointed out that I will in fact report him for isping because he was not even there for the better half of the day. He did not even care that people were voting themselves without him having voted. That is isp. I never intended to influence his votes. I eve whispered to him that i will report him if he does not participate.
