Simply file a report against the moderator who gave the violation to you(me, in this case). Post the link to the original report you're appealing and explain why you don't believe the violation given was warrented.

It was kind of a confusing game, IMO. Honestly, I'm still not quite sure what was going on there, but to me it seemed OGI-esqe. But if you want you can file an appeal and have another mod look at it.
