Sorry, I got hit with wall of text defence mechanism, and kinda shut out your posts until now. Eh. I mean, this is more one of those things for a long and in depth discussion. There isn't really much that can be said without getting deep into conversation about it. I'm kind of worried how you can usually have double your chipstack within an hour. That would imply that you've won a flip, or overpair in KK/AA vs someone who is bad enough to get in with QQ or under. Most tournaments, you won't double your chipstack within the first hour, because it's mostly flipping. It's not very often you'll get much more than a 3bet/4bet pre of chips-worth out of someone if a hand plays out either + there's just no point in bluffing that early, so that would imply you've already hit a huge board. IDK. Honestly, this is one of those things for a Skype call.
Whilst the blinds are entry level there's no point being aggressive without a hand. Depending on the initial stack size, in most cases you wanna push draws/overpairs or top pair on a board with draws/basically just tight/knit and hope to double up, then use your chip stack for early-mid tournament pressure and build chips gradually.
