That's just how ray is lol :p And I'm not really sure which one I have to ask him, I was talking to him on the phone about it once though and he was freaking out about it, he was calling it 'the day vig' Like a vigalante who can just shoot anyone during the day like for no reason lol it was crazy xD and me too we gotta partay hard 8)
