If you upload the image you wanna use to imgur or something and link it to me I'll try to make the file small enough to use :3

If you have Photoshop you can save it at a lower quality level, it's usually not too perceivable till you drop below 4.
Also if you put down two layers, the background on top, and white underneath, and make the top layer partially transparent it'll make bio text easier to read and also the image will be more compressible.
