Lightkeeper should be considered for Beyond Broken Tier even if vegging doesn't trigger the blindness effect because it makes the game unbearable for everyone involved, driving the majority of targets to suicide out of boredom, which is the absolute ideal method of host/grudge-killing.

Also Civilian and President should be top tier for being capable of ruining the game for everyone whenever they want.

Civil and president aren't played in this lobby

I feel like Deputy/Sheriff are better at grudgekilling than you give them credit for. Getting d1 shot feels a lot worse than getting n1'd because it's 1 petty person not giving a . Plus if you use role probability tokens getting a specific Town role is significantly more likely than any specific Mafia tole. And no RB or protective roles besides vest-givers can stop you.

If you wanna show someone you have the maturity of a glass of milk and want them dead Sheriff is the way to go.

why is baker at the top

Baker veg kills everyone and ruins the game which may be your prime goal of doing if you don't like the host. It would surely them off, also it's not suspicious since you could just claim you were doing something else.
