But for some of the ppl that actually care about me, you probably know I'm not doing this for attention or pity, just wanted to give a proper goodbye and thank you.
If you're wondering why exactly I'm quitting, I should prolly inform you that I once did a racist act, it varies from mouth to mouth but reality is I said a modificated version of the n word. You might be thinking " Well so what why'd you quit? " - And it's bc of the sole reason that it varies from user to user. Some people even believe I straight up called someone the n word. And if I had done that, I would understand the hate. I was extremely excited to be unbanned but that didn't seem like punishment enough for some people, and they decided to abuse me and kick me from games for a past offense. The people that know me understand my frustration since they comprehend I'm not even close to being racist.
And I want to thank those people. The people from EM that got close enough to me to understand me. Some people that got close enough to me to even save my life when I had dangerous thoughts. Back when I first played I would have never thought people would cause drama in the lobby wall just to support me, I would have never thought I'd win many social community trophies and even become a sitemod for a while, and I'd never thought I'd meet the love of my life on the middle of a sandbox game. I'm so honoured to be able to play with some of the people here, but most of those people with who I lived some of my most fun Sunday afternoons, with nothing to do on my computer, just faded away. Perhaps it's nostalgia, but games aren't the same. They aren't as fun, and neither is most of the community. But I'll leave happy knowing I was able to get more than 30 upvotes on a post twice :P
you really shouldn't be quitting because a couple people want to hold your past mistakes against you, yes you crossed a line and acted poorly but you served your ban, understand where you went wrong, and won't do it again. you're young.. a lot of young people go through learning curves and display behaviour just as bad. take a lesson from kevin hart, that mans had to apologise for over a decade for being homophobic, when he's showed countless times since his homophobic comments and first apology that he's reformed and accepting. There'll always be those toxic few that love keeping others down, you just gotta ignore them. Live your best life, you're a wonderful person and a bubble of fun, i really do hope you come back
