The mods ban lots of new players (and also old users who have deleted their old accounts) claiming that they are permanently banned users
despite them not having any IP matches to banned users.
The mods say they have the right to terminate any account based on the site's Terms of Service.
Nowadays players are not even given 24h to respond to a mod PM.
When the new player's account gets locked they have no idea how to contact a mod/admin (because they're not aware of VPNs) and they end up just leaving the site.
The mods have banned so many new players without evidence just because they wrongly think the user is a banned user.
mods are just worried because they dont want another abc incident that ruins the site. Mods have a reason to be ban new people, but not out of reason because of suspicion.
Looks like the white walkers are taking over this site. Soon we will have only Charley and her friends on this site who will trophy farm. They won't need to cheat then.
My bf joined and people tried to ban him until i convinced them he was not holdon... but then he was just giving up cause he didn't like the first impression
nooo othis site is dying bc ppl take ranked agmes/ comp games way too seriously and it scares way the new players plus we dont advertise our website ANNNNNND our site is very outdated
I haven't been playing EM for a while and part of the reason for that was from mod behavior, Specifically the negative mass manipulating the votes and heart status of one of my setups several times.
The inability to contest the mods actions let alone know who was responsible for the manipulations didn't just anger me, It signaled to me that the people who most represent EM just want people to play setups they already know.
Yesterday EM user Palladino was site-banned despite his IP not matching any banned user. Presumably banned for being ABC or some other permanent banned user. Just one example of many
Lucid neglected the website a few years back. There was a time when the public chat didn't even exist, the community has pretty much always been toxic. People have been abusing noavis and policy-lynching forever too. None of those stopped the site from dying a few years ago.
The site is dying because mods ban lots of new players for being permanently banned users like rednose and abc. You're one of the rare lucky ones that didn't get banned and even you got accused still. Just goes to show that basically the other half of new players that don't get banned, get accused for being a permanent banned user.
