Penguin / Polar Bears - Problems?

Ok, so I think I understand what is going on, which sucks because my setup can't be used. By default the penguins fuggin role blocks the gun from being given. More to come I need to test it, but it seems that Polar Bears are eating penguins who are not visiting them as well.

basically EculePoro died when they should have, otherwise the setup worked this time

there is no reason according to the mechanics that EculePoro should be dead.

Yea, it is a nice setup idea, but sadly cannot work ;-;
