Hello everyone,

Lucid spoke with us earlier today and gave us some news to share. Lucid has decided to sell Epicmafia and its properties to an anonymous buyer for an undisclosed amount. Following the sale, the website will shut down on April 8 - that's in one week.

EM's features will be implemented and merged with an existing Steam game similar to EM. I don't know much about it right now but Lucid told us that he will be online in a few days to talk about it more and answer any questions you might have.

One thing I do know and Lucid said I could say was that he was pressured into selling the website due to some investigations regarding EM. I'm unsure what exactly we're being investigated for but he has told me that some EM users tipped off inspectors from the website's server host.

I know this is really disappointing news but there's nothing I can do about it. I hope you enjoy EM's last few days. Of course we will still have the EM discord server up and running so you can stay in touch with your friends. https://discord.gg/VcjTNmB
