Forum mafia 3 - Twilight Zone!

This is my third attempt at creating a forum mafia game, I have decided that the previous ones have not received enough participation and hope that this one will.

If you decide to join please note that a mandatory 50 posts will be required within a 24 hour period. If I do not see that level of participation i will replace you.

Here are the game rules

Set-up is 10 Town, 3 Mafia and consists of all PR's.

As soon as we reach 13 players the roles will be sent out and the game will begin on the following day at 6:00 PM EST

Days will be 72 Hours long, and Night will be 24 hours long (can be sped up with consensus vote)

Also its day start obviously lol

Also worth noting; Last game mafia had a day chat as long as the mafia with the Day Chat Role was alive...so they can talk to eachother probably


ugh i was typing something on d3x but it didn't save... i think D3x is excessively taking to heart what NCRAW said about "bc of last game, one of me, jan, D3x has to flip maf again" — that statement probably holds some merit... at least to D3x because he believes in the not-completely-random "meta game" (idk how else to describe it) influences. so i'd be wary of him

Shwartz99 passivity (wanting someone else to hammer, sheeping someone else's vote) is something i'd probably do as scum. like lie low and coast while the attention's focused on someone else...

w/e, whether i'm lynched or not, i think i'll provide valuable info to the game, which makes me feel OK in the end bc that exceeds that info gained if NCRAW was just lynched willy-nilly :) sorry for the incoherent rambling... it's a bit early!

I strongly agree with this. This reminds me exactly of Carmen dropping out and spadez replacing them in forum mafia I. Makes no sense that NCRAW was replaced but not SteelixMega when NCRAW had actually contributed more. I think it was directly related to the votes on them (and Carmen/spadez was mafia).

And sorry Achie but “he asked for my role so I told him” doesn’t sound like a town mindset to me. It doesn’t take much thought (even in your first forum mafia game) to think that it’s advantageous to town to hide your ability.


it's easy to say "everyone knows to hide their town ability" until you're being lynched... everyone here was ready to lynch NCRAW for her inactivity, so i felt like i had nothing else to do but claim
