this is an old idea but i still want it

add a feature to "star" roles in closed role setups, and when roles are generated all starred roles are created first, adding guaranteed roles to closed role setups

for example, you might want a setup to always contain a cult and samurai, or sab and gs, or some new gy roles to make sure dead players can interact in every game with your setup

I want lucid to add a new feature called choosing role.

Its like closed role but more advanced, everyone is given a side in n0 and 3 roles from that side. They must choose one of those 3 roles, or it will be random. After that game will start depend on setup.

also having two categories - one for non-unique roles and one for unique roles - might be nice
for example, there's no reason to add templar to closed setup because it sucks. but why not have a special category (or two) so you can either have that role possibly roll more than once, or make it so that it can ONLY appear if it rolls more than once

This would be my ideal system:
Make it so you can change the probability of a role being rolled (in degrees of 10.) So you can make a roll being rolled in a setup 100% and that would be the same as your "star" thing. You could also make a role have a 10% chance if you want it to be rolled very rarely. Or you could just have roles be "default" chances.
