Dear em,

After a year of highs and lows, I am excited that I made it to December and hopefully to 2019. I barely made it this far, so it is a great blessing! I am home now and got to hold my new nephew and hug my nieces again! Life is so short. A car could hit you tonight or your family member could get cancer tomorrow. We need to enjoy life to the fullest. We have no business being around people and things that try to hurt or bring you down, which is em for me. This is why I am giving up em for my new years resolution in 2019. People on this website have bullied me for years, and lucid and the admins have supported this behavior. Life is too short for this crap, and I am done with it. I do not even miss it at all after like 6 months of not playing! I wanted to come back to repair my reputation, but it is not worth getting bullied to attempt this.

I was not myself for my last months here, and I am sorry for everyone that I hurt. I wish that I could have left on better terms, but I can’t so I ask that you remember the mt of years ago ☺. I wish all of you that I played with the best with everything. If you are also tired of this crap here, I suggest town of salem as a better place to play mafia. I wish you guys all a good Christmas and a great 2019.

My list of formal complaints about em:

lucid allowed all the bad crap that the admins and mods do here to continue unchecked for years. When you approach him about the issues, he ignores it. I have sent countless emails to him about this for years, and he would never even replied.
mods are toxic: It is pathetic that mods can say things like this and never get a vio: https://imgur.com/VkDZ48F. Yet I get a harassment vio for only calling one the devil in response to them like attacking me for weeks publically (really for years).
Mods were vio farming me for years, and this still continues (and I could not even appeal them because of my site ban). Here are my current incorrect vios: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1PGVqDmop3L6bjD7JB8Xop0ivFJDhRjWkS-fhpGm_zeY.
I tried to get the administration to let me appeal these vios at least or look at them now, but they refuse. Additionally I keep getting threats of getting more harassment vios for even contacting mods about mod business: https://imgur.com/JA7QhZf. This is like the typical drama of em, showing that nothing will ever change here!
I was blocked from playing for over 6months now, and only 3 of it was for really a legal reason. Additionally when I was like actually allowed to play I still could not play because the mods would like not let me join the only open games because they did not like me.
This whole site is just a circle jerk. If you are not friends with the mod circle, they will bully you, vio farm you, and just treat you horribly for years. There are no checks for this and it will never get resolved while Lucid enables them to continue.
general toxicity of this site- this is maybe improving some by filters and rules now, but this is still not really policed fairly all of the time

I appreciate that they agreed to end their made up ban of me in January, but still they continue to vio farm me, treat me like I am not a human being, threaten me, etc. This site is still ran by a bunch of circle jerks that will never be harsh to people not in their group but let off their friends. I will never be treated fairly here obviously. Life is too short to stick around a site that always tries to hurt me physically and emotionally, so I choose to move on. I encourage all of you to live your lives to the fullest and cut things like this that will just hurt you in 2019. I wish you a happy holiday and good luck in 2019 and beyond.

That being said, with how lax the rules are the only time a mod stands out is when they start acting based on their feelings instead of rules.

Bad players make bad mods, it's universal and has been a detriment to this site since mods stop picking mods based on their merits as players.

I also have been stunned to see new mods added I've never even heard of. And while this in itself doesnt mean anything the fact I've had to explain site rule/copy them into comments shows theres a problem here.

I have been spending a lot less time on this website which made me realize that it is not the mods fault they are dumb. It is lucid's fault for not choosing mods. The current system for determining mods are from other mods and if the current mods are dumb they will only mod dumb people since dumb people is who they vibe with. Best of luck mtlve, everyday is a struggle but fight on regardless. If not for yourself then for your family, friends and loved ones.

For me. Oddly enough, having a dog helps.
Knowing that if I die, this creature will go hungry makes me slightly comprehend the value of life.

And also this will never fix my underlying problem here in that you need to be within the circle jerk or you will get harassed, bullied, and vio farmed until you leave the site.

I have had even old mods like gt in my games because they did not get their way but it got a nv. then the rest of us like get gt vios for having a bad read but actually having no intent to throw.

the inconsistency on verdicts alone is horrible, but I am also beyond annoyed by people trying to start drama. Like I should have been able to start new accounts and play in peace (when I was not even banned), without people trying to start drama with me. They had no reason to run their mouth attacking me and turning a bunch of players against my new accounts. This is just drama and I am done with this crap! like is too short for it

I did this, but they kept finding the accounts, banning me, and some would start crap to make the people that liked that new account to hate me.

I am done with this drama site. 2019 I am banning myself from playing. I may come back when my accounts get unbanned to just delete them but that is the most I will do in 2019
