also publicly identifying as something that is atypical is a choice. you can just as easily not choose to identify as that, regardless of what you feel you are.

yes but I’ve had countless times I’ve just played games and called someone the wrong gender because I haven’t checked and they correct me and it’s fine. She can do the same if it’s an accident. I’m simply saying she just needs to judge intent.
Not everyone hates you or misgenders you because you’re trans. Not every misgender is a hate crime. If you correct them and THEN they continue, yeah I get it, that’s harassing you with transphobia.
