Rules

Be nice

Don't gamethrow. If you're using a strategy, that's okay. If you're purposely doing bad without a strategy, that's not okay, unfortunately.

It's okay to replace out

Arguing is permitted because it's a part of mafia

You can use any strategy you want.

Don't cyberbully anyone. The only exception is you're allowed to cyberbully me, but you can't cyberbully anyone else.

Don't talk about the game outside the thread except for mafia night meetings, and for submitting night actions.

Setup and mechanics

This is the Cop9er (CopNeinEr) setup. There are nein people, with a daystart. However, the mafia do know who they are, and the cop has a random inno cop check on a villager.

There are 6 villagers, 1 cop, and 2 mafia goons.

Each day is 2 weeks long. Because I don't know how the countdown works, I'll remind you guys when the deadlines are.

Cast votes by using the bold tags. Do this:

If you want no Lynch, do this:

Vote: No Lynch

Night begins immediately after the deadline is up. Do not post during night.

At night, the mafia will get together in a PM and talk about the game. Then they'll tell me who they want to shoot.

The cop PMs me with who they want to investigate.

Villagers don't need to do anything.

Night is 3 days long.

Day begins when night is over, regardless of whether or not every player has submitted an action or not. I'll post telling you that day has started.

If at any point in time, more than half the players vote for a particular player during the day, that player will be lynched early, and it immediately becomes night. If more than half the players vote for a no Lynch, there won't be a Lynch.

Otherwise, the player with the most votes at the time of the deadline will be lynched. If two or more players have an equal number of votes, a Lynch will be randomly decided between the two.

Flavor names are not indicative of alignment.

Activity

If you don't post after a period of 24 hours or so, you get an in-game prod. If you don't post after a period of another 24 hours, you get a PM prod. After a further 24 hours, you will be replaced unless you return before I find a replacement.

You are not required to vote or submit a night action.

The moderator
