The shot was only due to me not nl'ing, hence hipfiring, and to the previous games, hence the grudge (GT).

even if it’s a fact (which it isn’t) it’s still using the rules to sway the outcome of the game, which is ogi. ogi doesn’t have to be false to be ogi and you also don’t need to say report — saying “shooting me is gamethrowing” is ogi.
even if he did shoot you for not nling, he’s allowed to read into that what he wants, and you had ample warning and chose not to vote. you can’t tell someone how to form reads.
if anything it would be gamethrowing because of a grudge but it’s absolutely not hipfiring due to the content you and others had in the game

3) The shot was, as I already told you (and as HE SAID HIMSELF) because I didn't nl and because of previous games and he was annoyed at me. NOTHING ELSE.

he definitely had stuff to read off of
1) repeatedly pinging someone could be read into -- he could think you're pr that doesn't want the game to veg bc you like your role, or mafia that doesn't want to kl in fear of lynching your partner
2) 04:51 GuyFawkes... that's hipfire GuyFawkes... or grudge --- GuyFawkes... you shooting would be either hipfiring or gt 09:42 GuyFawkes... from grudge --- first of all this is ogi so good job on that mate, second of all he could read into you using ogi
you also said some stuff about statistics that could be read into
you had plenty of content, and other people in the game also had content to the point that he could make POE townreads and feel like it's okay to shoot you
He totally knows that, in fact he came from 2 (or 3) games where I did that. And shot me in part because I pinged and didn't nl that game and in part from a grudge from the last games, because it annoyed him.
He didn't read into anything, because there was NOTHING to read. I was just pinging an afk. That's the DEFINITION of an hipfire.

he had over 7 minutes worth of content and chose to believe that what you were doing wasn't town - that's absolutely not hipfiring
i know that you're the type to sit there for 10 years and refuse to vote regardless of alignment because i used to be a mod and saw reports about it - he doesn't know that, and if he chooses to read into that and think "this is scum play" then he's more than allowed to do that
you can't call it hipfiring just because you think that what you did wasn't alignment indicative - he still had enough content to decide that it was
1) Because the precedent is established. (Also, this setup is very common in comp)
2) I would sit there until either the day ended or the guy returned. I don't see what's wrong with that. And the shot was still done without ANY information about my role.

There was no sass in what I wrote, sorry if it passed like that.
It's not just in this particular game. I ALWAYS ping who's afk to have them come back and play. So EVERY TIME the sheriff (or gunned person, depending on the setup) thinks like this, I will be shot, independently of my role.

Again, he had information, but nothing about my role. As I said, I do it EVERYTIME SOMEONE IS AFK (you can check my game history). I did it as bs, as cop, as blue, as hooker even.
Well in that particular game the way he kind of gave the vibe that he wanted to assert absolute dominance with his authority. Maybe in some way abusing authority even but, it's still not considered hipfiring regardless as hipfiring literally refers to shooting without any based information

Agreed. But if you can shoot whoever you want just because he's not nl'ing and wants to continue playing, then ANY GAME WITH A GUN IS F***ED (above all considering the current playerbase).
Well, ironically speaking EpicMafia IS in some way a team game.... IMO you still gotta make people trust / want you alive other than scumhunting. People are not obligated to read you as town after all
I was mafia in this game, and I love you Guy, but that wasn't trolling. Her calling you stalker clearly meant she was claiming a guilty report on you..
1st game isn't bad but how was 2nd game not even noted given he was uncc'd. Everyone didn't even talk and those that did never hinted he was fake. Even brandon only asked for peach and said "wrong setup" which could hardly be considered a read from tele's point of view.

and the definition of hipfiring is to shoot without any kind of information, which is why people are told to get claims first; if you have hardclaimed it’s no longer a hipfire — at most you could argue that they had intent to gamethrow and shoot real cop but i don’t think that’s the case here
Nevermaf claimed "Guy stalker" which is the definition of a DETECTIVE claim (which gets the role, unlike cop), while she was cop, in a setup with NO DETECTIVE. That's trolling.
2nd one is clearly hipfiring. From my claim to the shot there's less than a minute and I had said 3 lines, and WAS UNCC'D. Shooting UNCC'D COP in less than a minute isn't hipfiring?
