mw295 and his report spam fetish, hes becoming like bsm. He goes to reports and threatens people with report spam if they don't stop talking in the comments when people are arguing something. He is using this to hush people into silence on reports when I'm pretty sure the use for it isn't to stop people from discussing in comments but to not allow people to spam actual spam in the comments. its actually very ridiculous and it needs to stop
a 3 month note is basically a violation it lasts the same amount of time as grs, isp, trolling, ogi, HC, and even longer than spamming, copied mechanics, ERB. this is silly because it creates a situation where i rather get the spamming vio then the note because it lasts longer
@anyone who can't read, report spam in that context means stop commenting on that specific report to avoid a fight (instead, appeal the decision if you disagree). I've cited this rule twice ever :)

the problem with his wording is that he says it even on reports when no one was talking. this will then get twisted around later to like give a poor soul a vio. like stop giving warning for breaking rules when no rule was even broken
in regards to the note thing, notes for things like harassment should be 3 month. I think that the notes for other things should be like 1 though. also the note should actually say wtf they did wrong. like there are so many notes given and they do not comment at all on what the person did. they may have been reported falsely for gting and the mod noted them for isp but never said that they did this and then the game was deleted and the mod thinks that the note was for gt instead...
When you have to result to trying to suppress someone's ability to speak on an issue, you've already started to mishandle it. It takes 2 people to argue and usually an argument involves someone trying to express some point people don't agree with.
Real mature of you to delete your posts though. Maybe one day when all of your correspondence with dreamer isn't you being a bxtch to her, you'll have some leg in this fight.

If Charley and Ally agree that something is bad, it's probably a universally accepted good thing. Hopefully this thread turns into tears of 2 former mods.
Btw charley instead of being a bxtch towards a site user, why not just block her posts?? Seems like the mature thing to do instead of ranting on the forums.

and now he keeps telling me to appeal his closed report, but he told me in that report that he was giving a report spam vio if i mention this again at all. also it was an appeal and i cant appeal an appeal so wtf. mods again trying to start drama/bully me again. i would 100% get a report spam vio if i actually listened to him..

He basically is blackmailing me now sadly. First he tells me that I can't play at all with charley because she has mental issues when she sees me. He said that he would protect the identity of my secret accounts only if I agreed to this.
Then fast forward to today and charley was posting in my thread and I report her to appeal the decision that I cant play with her, because she is okay enough to talk in my threads. then he closed the report and said if I complain about this again its a report spam vio.. https://epicmafia.com/report/257565
also I legit have one appeal on decisions so why can't I appeal a verdict that I can't play with someone on the grounds that I have new information showing the person is not avoiding me

that's a good suggestion tbh -- i personally don't think it matters if a note lasts 3 months i don't find that excessive but that system could work well
Moderators and Admins can create new rules on the rules page titled "Note (1 month)", "Note (3 months)", etc., for as many as they want so that options for different note lengths are available. A system would need to be set up in regards to when to apply which Note length though as well
no one looks at the context ally you didnt no mod ever has because they dont care to look into the context its a staple of being a mod now which wont change so making a note last 3 months it super bad when the mods have a meta on how they deal with notes
