Make comp COMPETITIVE

  1. Entrance points higher (A LOT HIGHER, like 30.000-40.000, not 2.500!)
  2. Only ONE alt per player
  3. 10 games top with each other player (2 days of comp)
  4. 2 game related vio's (or notes) during the round and you're out (like now, not sure if notes count)
  5. A dedicated mod team (a task force for the round reports)

There would certainly be less ALTS playing (the number of players wouldn't vary), but the QUALITY would rise A LOT.

It's not fast when this game doesn't have a lot of players and your only option for redhearts is G&H

in the end None Of This Even Matters because we don't have the power to instate the 30-40k rule and tbh the rest is dumb as hell other than the 2 vios thing which is literally already in place

@Ally If that was true (we don't know it) then only the ones who are now in it and can play it will stay in comp, while those who are close will play red and get to 30-40k required and go back to comp.

In red, they'll have trained (hopefully in training lobby, but that would too many themes)

@brutal so the solution is to improve the QUALITY of players, to have a BETTER competition that will ATTRACT NEW PLAYERS.

It's not a solution for the day after tomorrow. It's a plan on the long term.

improving the quality by putting ridiculous standards on competitive isn't going to bring more users

no one wants to go through getting 30k-40k points before they're allowed to play it - no one new will ever play comp

@MP Obviously they aren't, because of how much money you get in the World Cup, how long you have to prepare and much more... but BOTH are competitions, BOTH have to be prepared well, BOTH need a selection. You can't let everyone join the competition (and not more teams per country), or it's going to be messed up, JUST LIKE IT IS NOW per EM comp.

Both the World Cup and the golden hearts are competitions. One gives you a trophy in a place which is different every 4 years (last was in Russia), one gives you a trophy in a place which is different every round. Both are competitions, both should be organized in their best way.

They should play red or unranked for fun. Comp is to COMPETE. Otherwise just change the name and call it "casual mafia", remove the trophies and it's easier.
