Ban bug?

One of my friends was banned jokingly a while ago and several mods have tried unbanning him, forcing logout, etc, but he still cant log onto any accounts on his computer.

He's able to log in on other computers, just not at home. So the account itself doesn't seem to be banned. I'm not sure if he's IP banned or this is just a bug. If any mods can help me try and fix this it'd be much appreciated.

Also if anyone can DM me a way to contact lucid (he probably wont respond but it'd worth a shot)

yeah this is def a bug, we tried changing browser and clearing cookies/cache

reeeally weird

He could always just make a new account and see if that works. If he is indeed IP banned then the new account won't be able to play either...
he cant log into any accounts or make a new one on that computer/internet so i think hes ip banned

he tried clearing cache and cookies but i'll tell him to try it againm when he wakes up
none of the ban options are active though. like literally none of them.

I missed that this was a computer at home issue. Tell him to clear his cache and cookies then try logging in

I just did every action we have to make sure nothing got missed. It probably won't fix it, but give it a go anyway. It sounds like it might be a bug.
