as per the cheating rule: "Cheating over multiple games in gold hearts incurs an instant 3 month lobby ban and ineligibility to trophy for 8 months and a cheating 1st violation. Cheating over multiple games in red hearts incurs a 2 week ban and a cheating 1st violation."

even cheating across multiple red hearts doesn't give a trophy ban, & that was the answer we gave him when he asked two months ago. we'll get confirmation again from nathan before the round ends though.

I asked Ally & Charley like a week after I had gotten the vio if it was a trophy banned and they said because it was only one heart game so read the rules lmao because it's clearly stated
