To make the site more fair, instead of an eight vio ban, what if someone had to get a violation from every moderator in order to be lobby banned? It helps prevent a mod from vio spamming someone

also it's not realistic for mods to selectively vio specific people in order to fill this requirement. also it'd require 12 total vios rather than 8 which would be dumb & would upset this Delicate Ecosystem

at least 25% of the mods are inactive/absent most of the time so this would be rly inefficient & it would end up taking like a week to get anyone banned
