You are standing by train tracks. A train is heading towards 5 people on the tracks. If you pull a lever, the train will switch to another track with only 1 person on it. Which would you do?
It seems like a blame to everyone. This is what an actual accusation is. When i said i hope you didnt do comp reports, it wasnt an accusation. But this clearly was. And was the first instinct from mods. That shouldn't happen.

No one is actually blaming Reggie BSM is just a troll, we don’t have “mods on duty” though that’s seeming like something we may have to do
We’ll come up with a plan to try and prevent this from happening again
No one expects it to be fixed because it was a hack. It would be an added adv if you guys come up with a solution. But it was very childish to blame reggie. Im not saying you should do something to fix it. But im saying you should say you would try. Instead of playing a blame game. No one is to blame for this. We are all in this together. We have all faced problems due to hacks. But se shouldn't blame people. We should say "lets stay strong and try to figure out a solution". Just asking you to say you will try. And i wonder why you are getting defensive here.
No one is pinning it on him it’s not that serious we appreciate his attempted quick reflexes
