Officially Holdenrye and Bebop are currently just friends. And while not explicitly stated it is pretty heavily inferred that theye were at one point a couple and had a falling out.

Ever since Holdenrye's leave of absence, Charley has put a lot of emphasis on their relationship. And while for now it seems like Holden is more invested than Bebop is. So while i would put money on them ending up together in the end i wouldn't say it's 100% cause Epicmafia has been known to heel turn and change things pretty abruptly.

At the very least they'll use their relationship to explore bebop's unwillingness to let people in emotionally. Cause he often gives unclear signs of interest to Holden (and in the past Jeff) even though he is interested.
