its like when mafia get lucky and guilty cop, town will lynch him most of the times because of how he has a higher probability of being mafia instead of a guiltied cop. town definitely have a higher chance of winning the game by guilty testing, even if it's not the best way to play janitorial

Keep going noobs. Pretty sure i will trophy as long as idiots keep guilty testing.
Why would i try to convince firecape that guilty testing is bad when i know i can just manipulate games involving him by suggesting guilty testing. The concept of guilty testing has come so far because i started faking guilty as mafia every time i was maf. People waste ml every time i am mafia and many times i happen to guilty the miller into autowin.

so firecape just posted a mountain of reasoning going against the OP and neither pranay nor soda could provide an actual meaningful reply to combat it
>and maf guilties them town is immediately fkd So? Does this EVER happen?
>if lynched as blue, sends the game to lylo. Being in lylo is never good. With confirmed cop and 2 other PRs it is. I don't see why you're afraid of the village being in LYLO. ML in Janitorial should be used to figure out which cop is real, there isn't really another usage of it worth beans.
>has the chance to become clear in most scenarios By the time a miller you didn't lynch gets cleared town probably would have already won or been at f3 if you guilty tested anyway. This isn't worth losing a 50/50 lawyer shot and a 100% right lynch in cops.
>when a miller gets guiltied, they town tell to all fk and you can have them as a tr. Sure. Doesn't mean that scum can never towntell or that losing the chance to lynch lawyer is worth this. They're also going to have a huge target on their back for the rest of the game unless you clear them.
>if you hide the guilty, mafia might kill your guilty at night If you hide your report d1, town is going to lynch you.
Also, when you say "don't guilty test", if you lynch in cops town usually lynches the guilty the next day 90% of the time so just use optimal ordering and try for lawyer first.
Any guilty flip basically confirms either a clear cop for the rest of the game or 2 scum lynches. It only sucks if doc is janned.
1) Lynching lawyer with cop CCs confirms the other cop as mafia, so 2 mafia, and gets you a true inno report or another guilty next night. This is valued over 2-3 inno reports with law alive if you're trying to save doc. 2) If cop is unCCed just don't let them fish. If doc is janned you don't need it anyway, just lynch doc claim then janned cop then orc hammers out LYLO.
>if maf busses them town gets auto lynched If you unanimously agree that guilties should be tested, this is NAI. You also have true innos so you probably will have more clear townies than if you didn't.
>if you hide guilty, they might claim pr and be confirmed scum. But do that once jan is lynched. Who cares? CCing PR as lawyer is bad in the first place and competent players won't do it unless necessary, but if lawyer claims pr and gets lynched d3, they've done their job obfuscating reports for so long already.
