It is not hard to bypass a vpn check. I think it has always been a norm that when someone is banned for being a banned user then the name of the banned user is mentioned and a bypass vio is attached.
mfw mods cant accuse biggus to be a banned user anymore but they still want to dq him because he isn't their friends.
