It changes. Right now I'm using Drunk Elephant Juju Bar, I pick between different toners (Lush Tea Tree/Lush A Breath of Fresh Air/Murad Vitamin C/etc), Glycolic Serum by Drunk Elephant, and I mix this Shea Moisture cream I got at Wallgreens with some Drunk Elephant marula oil.

I'm using the Shea Moisture cream because a couple of days ago I burnt my skin with Benzoyl Peroxide and I'm trying not to irritate it any further. But I usually use other kind of hydrating creams.

Whatever variation I never ever ever skip sunscreen. I'm using one by Isdin called fusion water. It's really good.
