I have never, not once, PMd a mod abusively, or screaming at them, or reacted in the way users have to simple enquiries in the past few days.
Most people don't bother pming the mods because a lot of the time certain mods will either not reply, dismiss your questions saying to just read the report or straight up attack you for trying to get further clarification. I have seen screenshots, heard stories and experienced this happening.
And before someone reads this and gets butthurt, I'll clarify again that I'm not saying all mods, just certain ones!

I've been on this site for eight years. Not as consistently as everyone else, but through a lot of mod teams. I've had a few bios, plenty of reports, several notes.

When the userbase of this site stop acting like feral children in response to my offers of a conversation, I'll consider discussing my decisions with them.
Ironically, Pranay is probably the only user who has PMd me in a genuinely polite manner to ask for clarification on something. And weirdly enough, it worked.
