I have no clue what you're trying to say here but I'll do my best to respond
1) mods do take into account if a player is new and try to grant leniency and to them. Just look at how many Notes I've given out or at any of the reports I handle
2) yeah sometimes the reports are ridiculous but rules aren't exactly black and white. There's tons of gray areas that are difficult to cover and rule on, but I don't think you can chalk up your violations to that
That's an impressive amount given that timeframe
Also the vio you're appealing really is just insufficient participation, being your 4th ISP vio in a month
I’m not even blaming the mods, I’m blaming the players. Soon as any player does anything in a game the first thing someone is doing is reporting, and this will ruin the game before long. Something needs to change from being allowed to report that much, and it’s completely down to the players for decreasing the user base. There’s nothing wrong with a player messaging someone else asking them to change something what they’re doing, but that never happens.
That’s because of your way of handling things, I don’t see anyone if these players listening to your topic about reporting new players, soon as anyone does anything wrong it’s vio straight away most of the time for some of the mods, others are more lenient. Things need to chance though, some of the things us players get reported for are absurd

you'll survive being "gossiped" about for having racked up 8 violations in literally a month
