I'm sure you all know that I'm living in apartment 99a in SirAmelio Commons. It's a two-bedroom apartment on the first floor. There is a kitchen and living room which will be shared. I am looking to rent out one of the bedrooms. I have no preference of gender, sexual orientation, or species as long as you're neat and respectful.

The location is easily accessible (its on 69th street near the other complexes), and it's a short walk to the local Forum, where all the action happens.

Your rent is 2 karma + half of the utilities cost (electric, gas, internet).

I already checked with Amelio, the landlord, and he says its ok to sublease as long as he knows about it. The lease expires on September 1st, so please plan on staying until then.
