Here is your chance to grade your mods (and admin). You can pick your grading criteria, but I suggest to factor in the following: activity, report verdict accuracy, willingness to correct their mistakes, willingness to help people get better at keeping the rules (willing to explain the rules broke), putting a reason for the verdict on the page, fairness, etc.
Nathan
Bebop
prayag
emily
JonSnow
Ripple
ErzaScarIet
sky
You can also give feedback to why you dock them or score them high and explain your grading system.
Please limit discussions here and just focus on grades, and put one post with the grades, so its easier to keep track of them
A note is hardly consequential and thus doesn't represent much of an abuse of power. To deduct him a letter grade for a single fairly insignificant incident doesn't seem proportional. Your default grade for a mod appears to be a "B" for trying when that's the bare minimum anyone should expect out of our mods. I'm generally confused by your rubric
nathan told me he'd take over handling that report because of the change in verdict bebop did nothing wrong
yeah the verdict was changed and probably by the person that handled vilden's appeal (forget who). You still gave me a note for nothing and could not tell me or vilden what I did wrong!
I mailed you to explain the verdict and was ignored. Vilden appealed it and was ignored. Maybe you did not change the verdict like you said but you did give me a note and did not specify why or tell me what I did wrong when i asked for the information!
Some of the mods I do not know very well yet. An A is reserved to a mod that really excells and shines at their job
Nathan : D- (not active, biased (based on some of my emails with him))
Bebop : C (He is not as bad as some mods, but he does tend to give vios and notes to people that do not deserve it
prayag: C- (He tends to try to help and be less biased, but lately he tends to be making verdicts that can make him more popular with charley). A month ago I would have given him a solid C+. Now I would give him a D. I am averaging this for a C-
emily: C- They have been willing to change verdicts when other mods told them to look at them, and this is respectful. They were not willing to initially look at the meeko report though. They also have getting into some of the drama by insulting/slandering me but not backing up what they say
JonSnow: B tries to make the right decision so far and improve the site
Ripple: No experience with them yet so not grading you sorry. a B for effort? lol
ErzaScarIet: B tries to make the right decision so far and improve the site
sky: F corruption, drama, harassment, biased, inaccurate verdicts, unable to deal with people in general

I'd say give all of them an A+ and you an F, cause you're a failure.
