Family Invites

So I have an invite to a family, and I can't seem to either reject it or join. The invite never leaves. Is it because this family is "full"? I tried to create my own but it seems like the invite is blocking me from doing that too.

Yes, I know that now, but I can't reject the invite either. I hit reject, and it just goes back to the same page with the invite still there.
