Try making an alt by creating a new account and then logging back into your main and linking it up with "Link an existing account" on the accounts page

Make sure you are whitelisted on your main before trying this. Ask a mod for a temporary whitelist if needed

If this still doesn't work, it sounds like something lucid needs to fix but I would ask a mod anyway.
