ur welcome orienteering. i didn't talk about the quality of the lyrics u wrote because i think that the kind of stuff ur trying to emulate is crap so i don't think i'm qualified to tell u if it's good since the best case from my point of view would be that it's sh*t that isn't too rank. also it's hard to think about it as music when there's no actual music. if ur goal is to write songs that become songs ur gonna need to learn how to do the work for making songs. there are people here who can help u do that. i think bebop is one of them. my opinion with the lyrics though is i think u should hold urself to high standards in whatever u do so i would recommend u to draw inspiration from poetic type songs. recidivism had a favorite lyrics thread with some good cool lyrics if u want to look there
tbh i actually see the verses and hook being like The Chainsmokers-Closer, the chorus like The Offspring-Gone Away (ikr) whenever i imagine this with music
