this is why i want to be a moderator. idgaf about my age, but i wanna ensure justice for all who play EM. this is a top 10 nonprofit gaming site, and we are mostly adults here. we need to make our own choices for the people's welfare, and this is why me and tons of people on this sife are lil nitpickers about mods. The site is only as good as the site leadership.
Minor Vios: Suicides, Trolling, Spamming, minor meta, minor ogi, insufficient participation (isp), encouraging rule breakage (erb) (Edit: no one moderates this anymore), and c/p mechs. (sparingly)
Suis, trolling, and ogi are only minor unless if someone repeats that behavior. (Edit: cp mechs are also on this situational list)
Major vios: repeated suis (already got automatic punishment for this), major trolling/repeated gt, cheating through malware or OGI, and hacking.
Some people are okay. for examplez i will give a list of what some people are most notorious for:
Fappy: ISP (not danger)
Heck, Sevenateyou, Darleton :Trolling (Upsetting, but not dangerous)
VWXYZ, SNOVVMAN, lromy333, sammie and co., Cody: Cheating (Dangerous, gets people pissed, gives unfair advantage)
patoo, all accounts of that blackpearl guy, others i forget cuz it is middle of night: Gamethrow (pisses entire teams of innocent people off)

also my OGI came from stupid stuff like: (since you are not crossing for clear, I will report the last blues), (yes is confirmed Guiser on pogoster. my report says that he is Guiser, and he is checking pogo's profile. he is confirmed.)(maybe I can use fake c/p mechs to "prove" I am town [shoulda gotten c/p mechanics, although it ended up being OGI somehow]), (I trust you are town because I am friends with you [mods didn't read the part where I explain the meta where I trusted they were town, so they assume it was OGI]).
#1 was stating rules and consequences prematurely
#2 was using evidence to support my tracker claim
#3 was not even OGI, and should have been moderated upon differently
#4 was only an assumption of OGI without meta, and so I was given violation for something that couldn't have been proven (Edit: that friend wasn't town actually, so that gives even less credibility to this report)
Again, this type of OGI, if you can call it that, isn't dangerous to the site. I don't even think about those types of fake bet OGI (if I am maf, I will cut my d*CK off) to be dangerous. I mean, check glacial's profile to read about a different event.
Mods should think before giving violations.

honestly, when doing comp, you should have one game shown, but it is a link to like 5 different games of the same setup, and everyone gets placed in one of those at a time, and it can be anon. that way most of the cheating is out.

across all my accounts ever, I actually have gotten about 10 vios, shoulda honestly gotten 20 by now, but I am not threatening the site. ok trolling, suis, spam trolling, and OGI (not even real OGI) isnt that bad. cheating, using hacking mechs, and real OGI does threaten the welfare and fairness for all in the site.

it's diff bc i was banned for way longer. i was never unbanned when they unbanned a bunch of cheaters on a 1 vio leash.
Sinead's case:
Cheated with Blister -> Gets unbanned months early -> Cheats again to get rebanned ->Gets unbanned months early again, on 1 vio leash during that little mass unban where mods unbanned their cheater friends -> https://epicmafia.com/report/214682 Broke 1 vio leash -> Gets unbanned a week later on a clean state -> Racks up 4 GRS vios

honestly, mind over matter isn't always the best approach to things in this game, I am sorry to say. if someone breaks a dang rule, they suffer the consequences. If someone isps, they get a note, then they should be punished after that, regardless of whether or not they are noobs. on the other hand, you have to think about whether that person is a danger to the welfare of the site. For example: VWXYZ was banned from main lobby, and with high alt security in the vivor lobby. I hear she was recently unbanned, but I am still mad from 8 months ago of how she bullied and threatened my mainz jacobalt0523. she is a multiple accounts cheater, and she is a threat to the site's welfare. but take Markus, EveRy one or a lot of us know and love him, but a compilation of violations got him banned, but he isn't a threat to the site. Idk what got him banned, but if it was OGI or sui/veg's, it ruins only a few games, unlike multiple alt cheating (VWXYZ, Wolff, sammie, etc.) ruins all of their games and allows an unfair advantage.
btw i ain't perturbed by either of them being banned they're both skilled mafia players when they try, but so are sineadiio and markus so imo it's only fair that those two get unbanned as well.
kay so since james and uzzy are unbanned (james after self fessing to cheating on someone's account about 2 rounds ago) can we please unban people who are infinitely less harmful than those two such as the likes of sineadiio and markus?
