im really scared and I need some advice

I have this black neighbour who's kitchen window peaks right through my bedroom window. I sometimes forget to close my curtains when im changing or something, And ive caught him more than once staring at my boobsicles.

should I call the cops or send him an album of my nudes so that he'd stop spying on me?
