Lumella was chosen at a young age to be the sacred eye at the holy temple of the great beholder. Duties of the sacred eye usually involve sitting at a little shrine all day and telling people mundane facts about their future. Lum was more interested in exploiting the clairvoyance blessed upon her for personal gain in every way possible. After winning several lotteries and buying many suspiciously successful stocks, Lum quickly became obscenely rich. She bought herself robotically enhanced body transplants to remain as the temple's sacred eye: a loophole in the system allowed her to remain in her position "until she is no longer a child", so she artificially halted her ageing process.
She now spends her days lounging around the temple being a bítch and buying useless trash
