you can literally do it anytime and however you want to do it.
you just get a note at worst case scenario.

he had a chance to claim. vondoom didn't ask for it and perhaps this was bad play but he said like 5 lines vondoom suspected, including asking to be shot.
you can call this bad play but when someone shoots 1 sec into the game and doesn't get vioed, how does someone vio vondoom when it fires on its fos? plus someone had already claimed cop.
Did you shoot without asking for a role or giving them a chance to claim?

meanwhile charley just vioed vondoom for "hipfiring" when it wasnt at start of day and was due to a legitimate suspicion that the player was mafia based on what they said during the game. hmm
my unwavering support for the mod team for at least a week does not include expose and patryk. get with the program you two, times are changing, this is the wild west now.
