this is super weird.

and there is 3 pages of absolute crap I read through with no explanation of why this was no vio'd.

can a mod give something that resembles a semblance of an explanation? please?

I think this was noted and not vio'd mostly because it was red heart as well as the user's first offense recently revolving hipfiring.

he had a chance to claim. vondoom didn't ask for it and perhaps this was bad play but he said like 5 lines vondoom suspected, including asking to be shot.

you can call this bad play but when someone shoots 1 sec into the game and doesn't get vioed, how does someone vio vondoom when it fires on its fos? plus someone had already claimed cop.
