Liberals have been useful idiots for commies for the past century giving them secrets and other kinds of . They got millions okayed to be given to the communist Russia regime under the lend lease act after ww2. Truman thought if he just givenly gave to the communists of military supplies that they would stop their task of world domination and try to live in harmony with everyone else. Russia just thought this was a sign of weakness and took advantage. They were able to infiltrate different levels of the government to take advantage of this act and get all kinds of illegal supplies. They also pushed the agenda that commies could live in harmony without starting a wars.
As for JFK there is substantial evidence that he was shot by more than just one person. Not just that a week before he had talked about that there was secrets in the government that should not be permitted to be kept in a free society. Along with his problems with the mob, there's a lot of different reasons he could have been killed.
In older times in human history our sleeping pattern would be a set of of 2, 3 or 4 hours segments. We would wake up in the middle of this segment for an hour so and this was usually a time introspection, reading or making love to your spouse.
