I think the customization of the look would be nice, but honestly too much cosmetics in games nowadays :^)

Also the upgrade of the role is a bit much. There's already way too much mechanics/interactions to keep in mind in sandbox and then we'd have to consider if a role is upgraded, by how many times, interactions with other upgraded, etc??

But you need 5 level 99 vanilla mafia to merge into 1 level 100.

And every week the role will drop by one level so you need to keep buying.

How about level 100 mafia. If you roll mafia, you automatically win the game.

Also another idea: level 2 or 3 celebrity could only show up to the town, not mafia
