That build is worrying. You have 70% CDR - 75% assuming you have the support mastery point, and the max out is 40% (45% with support mastery) -- lots of wasted stats.

You have a total of 70% Cool Down Reduction from all those items that you bought:

Boots of Lucidity - +10% CDR
Redemption - +10% CDR
Frozen Heart - +20% CDR
Eye of the Oasis - +10% CDR
Athene's Unholy Grail - +20% CDR

The original limit for CDR is 40%, and you're going over the limit by 30%, which is a lot of wasted gold

The limit is raised to 45% if you put mastery points into the intelligence mastery
